Law Firm Handles Collections
of Delinquent Assessments

The law firm of Pilka, Adams & Reed, P.A. is responsible for the collection of delinquent assessments (membership dues), fees, expenses and costs owed to the Heather Ridge Homeowners Association.

Any and all costs incurred by the law firm in the performance of this task will be borne by the homeowner, in addition to the amount due the Association.
