Important Information for Realtors and Home Buyers

General Assessment: The general assessment (membership dues) for calendar year 2024 is $438.00 and is due January 1, 2024. A late fee of $15.00 will be assessed to the homeowner if payment is not received on or before January 31, 2024.
                      

Transfer Fee: a fee of $100.00 will be charged to transfer ownership, at the buyer’s expense, that confirms any and all amounts due the Heather Ridge Homeowner’s Association have been paid in full.This fee compensates the Association for the costs incurred in the preparation of a statement or other documents furnished by the Association for the purposes of resale disclosure.

Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions: All prospective homeowners are advised to be fully aware of and comprehend the DCCR’s particularly:

Open Houses: The owner or Realtor should contact a member of the Gate Committee to make arrangements for the gate to be open during the time of the open house.
